Silhouettes on the Shade
Okay......I know I am showing my age a bit by using this oldtime song title as our challenge title this week. It brings back wonderful memories of more innocent times.
This week's challenge is to make a card/project which includes a silhouette of some sort as the main focal image. Silhouettes can be very dramatic and yet be simple and quick to use. Can't wait to see what you all do with your silhouette stamps.
We would love for you to play along with us this week. After posting to your blog or to SCS (using the keyword CCEE1014), be sure to post your link to Mr. Blinky below.
I can't wait to see all the silhouettes!!!

April Fool's Day -- Let's Include Some Silliness
Wishing you a joyful April Fool's Day!!!
The challenge for this week is connected to the 'holiday' which brings joy to some and embarrassment to many. As a retired middle school teacher, April Fool's Day was certainly not a favorite day. I was either dealing with problems caused by jokes, or I was the victim of many!!! (All done in the spirit of the day, but still disruptive at times!!!)
In the spirit of the day, I have asked the team to make a card/project which includes a silly/funny critter. A humorous sentiment could also add to the frivolity. A little silliness can certainly bring some joy to a challenging day!!!!
If uploading your card to SCS, the keyword is CCEE1013.

An Inspiration Challenge - 25th March
Well, I have the last food inspired challenge for you. Don't these macaroons look fun and delicious? I found them on the Williams-Sonoma website and am challenging you to make a card inspired by this photo. It could be based on the colors, shape, texture, whatever direction your creative mind takes you. Be sure to share your project here so we can see what you came up with. Just link it with Mr. Linky at the bottom of this post. If you're uploading to the SCS gallery, please include the keywords CCEE1012.
