Recuperating from TAX Day!!!

Today is a day we in the U.S. dread. It is by this date that our federal taxes must be paid. This fact makes many people ill. So.....the challenge this week is to make a get well card.

Silhouettes on the Shade

Okay......I know I am showing my age a bit by using this oldtime song title as our challenge title this week. It brings back wonderful memories of more innocent times.

This week's challenge is to make a card/project which includes a silhouette of some sort as the main focal image. Silhouettes can be very dramatic and yet be simple and quick to use. Can't wait to see what you all do with your silhouette stamps.

April Fool's Day -- Let's Include Some Silliness

Wishing you a joyful April Fool's Day!!!

The challenge for this week is connected to the 'holiday' which brings joy to some and embarrassment to many. As a retired middle school teacher, April Fool's Day was certainly not a favorite day. I was either dealing with problems caused by jokes, or I was the victim of many!!! (All done in the spirit of the day, but still disruptive at times!!!)

In the spirit of the day, I have asked the team to make a card/project which includes a silly/funny critter. A humorous sentiment could also add to the frivolity. A little silliness can certainly bring some joy to a challenging day!!!!
