CCEE1327 ~ Summertime is Beach Time

Before we get onto the challenge for this week we have a couple of announcements for you all. First off we sadly say goodbye to  Design Team Member Brenda O'Rear, we are sad to see her go.

We are pleased to announced that Amber Hillman has agreed to join our team. Amber has been a friend of CCEE Stampers since the beginning when her mother was on our team and we are excited to now have her join us.

Ok now onto this week's challenges.

It's Sabrina here as the July hostess, and I hope you'll enjoy the challenges I've lined up for this month. First of all, though, I'd like to wish everyone celebrating the 4th of July a wonderful holiday!

To kick off, I'm asking you to go to the beach. I grew up by the seaside and we spent most summer days there – when it wasn't raining. Even before school was out, sometimes my mother would meet us with a picnic and we'd head straight to the beach. Later on when we were a bit older we used to go for early morning swims during the holidays - one of our cats even like to hop into the car with us and walk along the beach while we had our swim.

Create a beach card with whatever takes your fancy. Bring your Independence Day picnic along if you want, just keep the sand out of the sandwiches!

Check out the wonderful cards the team have made by clicking on their links, and if you're inspired to make your own beach scene, be sure to link it here with inlinkz so we can admire it.

CCEE1326 Dryer Sheet Flower

Hope you're all ready for a new challenge.

. It's Benzi  here to give the last challenge for the month of June and I must say this is one of the favorites for me. I've made this flower before and really had fun with it and was very pleased with how it looked. There is a tutorial on Splitcoaststampers: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/dryersheetflower/
I'm hoping to see a lot of beauties this week from all you stampers. Take a look at how beautiful the flowers/cards are from the DT and the wonderful colors they used.
Get crackin' and link up your pretty flowers and cards with the inlinkz tool below. I'm very anxious to see what you do.

CCEE1325 CAS Masculine Card

Hey Stampers,

I'm Benzi and here again to give another June challenge.

This week we're making something a lot of stampers don't like to do, masculine cards and make them CAS (clean and simple). Don't groan....that's what a challenge is meant to do...challenge! LOL I happen to love making CAS cards so I guess I'll do o.k. with this challenge.
I can't wait to see what all you stampers make with this challenge. Get that card made and link up with the inlinkz tool at the bottom of this post. Be sure to come back next Thursday for another fun challenge.

CCEE1324 Baby Card (bonus for green or yellow)

It's Benzi back for a sweet challenge this week.

Let's all make some baby cards and you get bonus points if you use some soft green or soft yellow cardstock and maybe even some designer paper in the same colors.

I never seem to have a baby card when one is needed. How about you? I'm hoping you'll take time to join us and get some baby creations made.

Take a look at the precious cards made by our design team. Hope you'll make a baby card or several  and use our inlinkz tool at the bottom of the post to show your creativity.

CCEE1323 Direct to Paper

Can you believe it is June already? Hi, it's Benzi here to give the challenges for the month of June. My first challenge is to create a card using the Direct to Paper Technique. If you're not familiar with this technique and would like instructions, go over to Splitcoaststampers and see this tutorial: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/dtp/ I find this technique to be really fun and hope you will, too.
Now, let's look at the wonderful cards the DT created. We hope you'll play along and use the inlinkz tool below to link up so we can see your card. Have fun!!!!
